 With over 20 years in construction, Richard’s expertise spans the commercial, municipal, industrial, and healthcare sectors. With his extensive experience, he brings a hands-on approach to every project, fusing high-level technical skill with a commitment to strong subcontractor relationships and long-term industry alliances. 

Project Manager

 Shannon brings over 12 years of experience leading projects from initial design and planning through onsite construction and closeout. Her expertise in budgeting, scheduling, contractor coordination and contract administration ensures every project stays on track, within scope, and built to superior quality standards. 

Business Operations Manager

With a back ground in sales, real estate and retail and business management, Erin manages workflow and communications for current and prospective projects, ensuring they are organized and completed on time.  She oversees daily operations and implements strategies to support project efficiency and uphold RH Deas Building Co.'s commitment to superior quality.
